Gus MacDonald, President of MTS, started the company over 40 years ago and more than half of his employees have been with the company for more than fifteen years. Outside Sales Support:
Field sales support is part of what separates MTS from other companies. Our technically trained sales force covers New England and can demonstrate any of our products and provide on-site installation, set-up and training. We have sales associates on the road throughout New England to respond to customer requests for on-site demonstrations and sales.

MTS has a brand new website. All our sales are posted on our website, and sale flyers are periodically mailed. Vendor specification sheets can be requested on any of our products via e-mail or by phone.
Products are sold and demonstrated at showrooms in our Yarmouth, Woburn, Wappinger's Falls and Syracuse facilities. Please call ahead for in-stock product availability or to schedule hands-on product demonstrations.
Terms of Sale:
All sales orders must reflect a purchase order number. Until credit has been established, all shipments will be C.O.D. For established accounts-all invoices are due and payable net 30 days from the date of invoice, FOB shipping point, unless prior arrangements have been made. Customer checks returned unpaid for insufficient funds (NSF) will be subject to a fee of $50.00.
Products may be returned if ordered in error, provided Maine Technical Source is notified prior to returning the item(s) and a "Returned Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) is issued by Maine Technical Source's Purchasing Department. Returns must be received within 10 days of the issuance of the RMA number. If items are returned for other than warranty work, there will be a 15% restocking fee and payment of associated shipping costs. Items special ordered may not be returned unless defective under warranty. No merchandise will be accepted for return without an RMA nor after 30 days. All discrepancies on commercial invoices must be reported within 15 days of receipt of the invoice. We ask that you return any product in new condition and in the original box with the RMA number clearly shown on the outside of the packaging.
Freight and Handling Charges:
All prepaid freight is charged to the customer.

MTS is required by the states of Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York and California to collect sales tax.
